Client Background:
Autostrada GWM, a dealership specializing in GWM vehicles, aimed to increase its presence within the Chinese-speaking community in Perth. The dealership had Chinese-speaking sales staff, which was a key selling point for Chinese customers looking for a more personalized and comfortable buying experience.

Challenge:
Although Autostrada GWM offered the advantage of Chinese-speaking sales staff, this unique feature had not yet reached the broader Chinese-speaking audience. The dealership needed a strategy to raise awareness and establish a direct connection with this community, which values language compatibility and trust in their purchasing decisions.

Solution:
We developed a two-pronged marketing approach to maximize Autostrada GWM’s exposure and appeal to the local Chinese-speaking community:

  • LED Billboard Ads: We created engaging, dynamic video ads that showcased both the dealership’s vehicle offerings and the availability of Chinese-speaking sales staff. These ads were displayed on LED billboards in popular Asian hubs around Perth, ensuring high visibility among the target audience.
  • Australia Today APP: We launched digital ads on our widely-used Australia Today APP, which has a significant Chinese user base. These ads highlighted the dealership’s unique services and invited customers to visit Autostrada GWM for a personalized, language-friendly buying experience.

Results:
The campaign successfully boosted Autostrada GWM’s visibility within the Chinese community. The combination of eye-catching LED video ads and the digital reach of the Australia Today APP allowed the dealership to directly engage with potential customers.
